Dear Friend,

When you and I have a chance to talk one on one we can share more about our life stories. The snapshot I’ll offer here is that I was born in June of 1967 in southeastern Massachusetts. As an adult I lived in DC for eleven years then New York City for nearly thirty before I retired from a 35-year career in nonprofit management as of December 2025. Today I am a hospice volunteer, end-of-life doula, and founder of ElderKin, an elder life enrichment practice.

All my life I’ve understood myself to be open to sensing and knowing the world in different ways. This led me to this virtual space where you and I are coming together.

MoonHeart Cycle™

When we share space together to look at your chart in detail, I’ll teach you more about the MoonHeart Cycle, how I apply it, and how you can continue to work with it. Here I will share that when looking at a chart I pay very close attention to the Moon: the sign it is in, its phase, the lunar nodes, and the tertiary progressed chart (a day for each lunar month). Additionally, I interpret your chart using my “essence map,” the modern medicine wheel graphic shown here.
